If you’re having trouble with in-app products or subscriptions, try the following steps

Check your internet connection

Make sure you’re online and the connection is stable.

Restart the app

Close the app completely and open it again.

Restart your phone

A simple reboot often solves unexpected issues.

Check that the Google Play app is installed and up to date

In-app purchases work best when you run the latest version of the Play Store. To update the app:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile picture.
  3. Tap Settings Settings and then About and then Update Play Store.
  4. The app updates or notifies you that your version is up to date.

Check that Google Play Services is installed and up to date
